“Staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean but no frills. The location is perfect, walkable to everything you might need or want in Hua Hin. Highly recommend. Warning the stairs to the room are steep. If you’re not fond of a steep stair climb you might do better elsewhere. “

“I will start with a negative based on our 2 night stay. Our first night was a Saturday. The hotel staff did tell me it got a bit noisy at the weekends as we were opposite a bar. It was very loud and didn’t stop until about 3am. However had I not been told about this then I probably would have been more annoyed. The hotel itself is well located in Hua Hin not too far from the railway and close to lots of bars and restaurants. The pool is pleasant enough and quiet considering the time of year. Overall enjoyed the etay in a nice clean room.”

“I used to stay in this hotel when it was Sand Inn and the renovation is phenomenal.

The rooms are clean and comfortable with good tv and great shower.

The pool area is beautiful, great to relax and the location is fantastic if you want to be “in amongst it”.

Finally the desk staff were lovely, really helpful and friendly.

“Stayed here for 5 nights. Hotel is in an excellent location and the rooms are well designed and modern, but! On arrival first thing on the agenda was a nice shower and freshen up. There was no hot water! The staff on duty didn’t seem to care but promised to get it fixed the next day. No joy there either, after several reminders over the next few days, I gave up.
Also an issue with the air con was similarly ignored. No English speaking TV Chanel’s either.
A shame really given its location was perfect. I am afraid I won’t return.”
