“The room is sizeable for travelers with family and the facility is OK but this hotel does not have elevator so please make sure to keep your oversize luggage at the storage room on the first floor. “

“This hotel provide no elevator. It’s quite challenging since I bring many big luggages and my room in 5th floor. Also there’s no reception at all and owner does not understand English. Heater also not enough capacity to give enough heat to the room(it’s quite cold). But bathroom has big bath tub (it’s a plus). Owner apologizes because change my room to 5th floor and give token of appreciation. I appreciate this gesture. But for this kind of price range, with no elevator, heater not working properly, i think it‘s not suitable for family. Maybe suitable for traveller with small luggage. Hopefully can improve the heater, english communication, and provide information of no elevator when booking. “
