“Very unprofessional reception. Calling to the room non-stop and reminding to check out since 9.00am despite the stay has been prolonged for few more days and it was not an urgent at all”

“First of all my biggest concern is no information in Agoda that saying this is an adult only hotel. Fortunately I’m a solo traveler, but I wonder how shock must be for someone who travel with family here. There was some sex toy in every room, the shower room has clear window without any curtains option.
There’s some stain in toilet wall. The towels are concerning, one is bit dirty and the other one ripped.

The only good thing is the staff was so nice and kind also helpful.

But if I knew it was a love hotel, I wouldn’t book it in the first place, please put the information at least people are aware. “

“We booked a Double room via Agoda. In the app it looks spacious with a very nice view towards a green garden. But when we checked-in, the room was very small and even doesn’t have any windows at all. I asked the hotel and they said the photos on Agoda app is not updated, but to me that is not acceptable because I would not book that room if I know that it has no windows at all.
This is the first and also the last time I choose this hotel.”
