“We enjoyed our best stay in this resort for 2 nights. During our 2 weeks vacation in the US Room was super clean and spacious and beds were extremely comfortable. Front desk staff was super friendly and efficient and checking in was a breeze. They even provide unlimited free bottled water for guests to cool down from the summer heat. The ambience was so relaxing and welcoming the minute we stepped into the lobby. Highly recommended! Thanks for the lovely and memorable stay!! “

“This resort has all you can ask for and more. Staff is friendly and great! Rooms are beautiful and the place is absolutely gorgeous and clean. Would absolutely recommend to anyone! “

“The staff is lovely, check in and out. The beds were comfy and the shower was hot with great pressure. The vanity and the cabinet in the bedroom were well worn and damaged. Easy fixes that a resort should maintain. The coffered ceiling in the bedroom and the balconies are lovely. We were just a one night stay with more interest in our family in town than the hotel, so we didn’t really see much of the facility that we couldn’t see at check in or from our balcony. Would consider staying again, but it is not what I would consider luxury, more of a convention style hotel.”

Housekeeping – It was good when they came but on a few days nobody gave us new towels, toiletries, made the bed, etc… It was not because we were in the room & my friends had same issue. “
