“The Gotham NYC was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we got here, Kaitlin was very kind and welcoming. She checked us in with ease, it was quick, and we were on our way to the room. The room are sized well for Midtown, we had a room with balcony so it was nice to get some air. The front desk was quick with anything we needed, it was made available within minutes. The next day Ilda was responsive and helpful as well. The common balconies are such a nice place to hang out and unwind. I’d like to extend my appreciation to Kristina as well, she was wonderful to deal with. The restaurant down here has a good vibe too. You have cafes, and restaurants right outside the hotel with parking across the street. We have found our new favourite in NYC and we can’t wait to revisit! “

“From the moment I came to the door, everybody was wonderful and the lobby, while small, was inviting. This is an immaculately clean property. No foul smells or dirt to be found. The room is modern and bright, and the balcony is a nice addition. Even without a view. The coffee is superb, having a Nespresso machine really adds to my stay while I am working, as does the fridge to keep my diet cokes cold! From the doorman to the front desk to housekeeping, this hotel apparently only hires the best. I will be back.”

“The room was a decent size and clean. The bed was not all that comfortable. The bathroom was clean but there was noticeable mildew in the shower. The shades did not overlap which allowed light from the building across the street to stream in all night. But I got a really good rate- I got what I paid for. “
